Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategies to recruit new WGC members, strengthen member engagement, and increase retention. Organize recruitment events around Arkansas, identify potential new members, and solicit for membership. Assist with the onboarding of new members. Plan casual social gatherings focused on fellowship.

Timeline: Recruitment and engagement efforts are conducted throughout the year.

Responsibilities:  Participate in the initial review and ranking of all grant proposals submitted annually for WGC funding. This ranking determines the top proposals to be voted on by the entire WGC membership.

Timeline:  Grant applications are due from UA faculty and staff in late spring. The bulk of the committee work takes place during the summer.

Responsibilities:  Chaired by the Immediate Past President, this committee will assist the WGC Leadership Team with identification and recruitment of WGC members to fill executive committee positions.

Timeline: Efforts to fill executive committee positions are primarily in the fall prior to the WGC business meeting in January.
